Renovating a whole house means juggling a dozen trades, or hiring one company that already has them. R&R runs the whole thing with our own crew and our own long-term subcontractors, so you have one number to call and one person accountable for the finish date.
Careful planning prevents poor performance, so we take the time to design and define the project in detail before work starts. That is what lets us give you a fixed price contract instead of an hourly guess, and it is why we can tell you a realistic completion date rather than the one you want to hear. You stay in control of every decision, and you are never under pressure.
