We pick the materials up and deliver them, so you are not hauling boxes of tile on a Saturday. Then Rickie writes the estimate with a real timeline attached to it. Because the whole scope is defined before we start, there is no mid-job phone call about a number going up.

It depends on scope, but you get an estimated time frame in writing with your fixed price before we start, and we set a firm start date so you can plan around it. A cabinet-and-counter refresh moves a lot faster than a layout change that involves moving walls.
Usually yes. We protect floors, keep the site clean at the end of each day and coordinate the loud work around your schedule. If a stretch of the job makes the kitchen unusable, we tell you which days those are up front.
That is exactly what Rhonda does. She has 15+ years in interior design and management and will go through cabinet styles, counter materials, backsplash and color schemes with you before anything is ordered.
